If you have been approved to receive supplemental lecture notes through the Volunteer Notetaking Service, please consider the following recommendations to maximize the benefits of this support.
Regular Attendance
Attend all scheduled classes, except in cases of illness. The volunteer notetaking service is intended to supplement, not replace, your participation in classes.聽
Check Notes in Ventus
Regularly check Ventus for notes posted by volunteer notetakers and download them promptly. Avoid waiting until the end of the term.聽

Feedback or Issues
Notify the Notetaking Team in Ventus if notes are missing or if you encounter any issues with the notes provided.

Confidentiality and Usage
The notes are for your personal use only. Please do not share, sell, or distribute them online; doing so may result in a review of your eligibility for the Volunteer Notetaking Service.聽
Notetaker Availability
Note that securing a notetaker cannot be guaranteed. You may wish to contact your professors or classmates for assistance in finding a notetaker if needed
