ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Celebrates Graduating Ravens at Spring Convocation

From June 8 to 12, ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ University will welcome crowds of graduating students, their family, friends and well-wishers to campus as the community celebrates Spring Convocation. Over the course of , more than 6900 students will receive their well-earned degrees.
Convocation is a time to honor our inspiring community of ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Ravens and to recognize an important milestone in their lives. This celebration is the culmination of thousands of academic journeys of personal achievement and dedication.
ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ will also bestow .

On Tuesday, June 9, Latha Vishnubhotla will be awarded the degree of Doctor of Engineering, honoris causa, at the 6 p.m. ceremony, in recognition of her distinguished career in advancing networking, security and cloud technologies and inspiring future leaders through mentorship.
On Wednesday, June 10, Kellylee Evans will be awarded the degree of Doctor of Music, honoris causa, at the 9 a.m. ceremony, in recognition of her distinguished career as a Canadian singer-songwriter, in addition to overcoming great personal adversity along the way.
On Thursday, June 11, Bruce Lourie will be awarded the degree of Doctor of Laws, honoris causa, at the noon ceremony, in recognition of his distinguished career as a leader in environmental sustainability and an unwavering commitment to Canada’s net-zero future.
