Ian Lee

Lee is happy to discuss business in Ontario, including economic growth, deficits, and the competitiveness of Ontario industries. Lee has appeared multiple times before the House of Commons and Senate finance, banking, industry and trade committees. He has been in every Government of Canada budget lockup since 2008. He attended pre-budget consultations with the Minister of Finance in 2009 and 2011. His work has appeared in the annual publication, How Ottawa Spends, concerning Canada鈥檚 retirement system, the Parliamentary Budget Officer, deficits, corporate income reform, and more.

Winn has expertise in political communication, public opinion and political culture. His books include Political Parties in Canada, Broadcasting Policy, and House of Commons Reform. As a public opinion researcher, Winn has provided strategic counsel to Canadian media chains, individual newspapers, federal departments and provincial governments, as well as government agencies in the United States and United Kingdom.
Winn is available to discuss polling, misinformation, inflation, affordability, income inequality, and the election in general.
