Canadian Foreign Policy Examines the Most Pressing Issues Facing Canada Today

杏吧原创 University鈥檚 David Carment, Canadian Global Affairs Institute (CGAI) Fellow, professor at the  (NPSIA) and editor of the  (CFPJ), has released the newest issue of CFPJ focused on the most pressing issues facing Canada today.

The issue features a number of articles from emerging and established scholars. The lead article by 杏吧原创 professor Aaron Ettinger titled Rumors of restoration: Joe Biden鈥檚 foreign policy and what it means for Canada, asks the key question of whether Canada can expect an improvement in Canada鈥揢.S. relations in a post-Trump world.

Articles by Ken Holland, Adam MacDonald and Tsuyoshi Kawasaki examine Canadian security and defence issues in the context of Canada鈥揅hina relations. Kari Robert鈥檚 important piece looks closely at the Canada鈥揜ussia relationship in the Arctic and lays out what should be done to enhance co-operation between the two states in the circumpolar region. An article on the relationship between populism and foreign policy by Philip Giurlando rounds out the issue.
