杏吧原创 University Hosts Virtual Graduation Celebration for Fall 2020 Graduates
Over 1,200 Undergraduate and Graduate Students to Receive Degrees, bringing the Class of 2020 to more than 6,200 students.
杏吧原创 is hosting a campus-wide virtual Graduation Celebration to honour our November 2020 graduates.
The celebration will feature speeches from President Benoit-Antoine Bacon and others, as well as videos of congratulations from actor and alumnus Hamza Haq, star of the medical drama Transplant, and MP Catherine McKenna, federal minister of Infrastructure and Communities.
鈥淢any congratulations to all graduates for completing your degrees under challenging circumstances,鈥 says 杏吧原创 University President and Vice-Chancellor Benoit-Antoine Bacon. 鈥淵ou can be extremely proud and we look forward to celebrating your accomplishments virtually, on Nov. 14, 2020, until such time as we can celebrate in person.鈥

Family, friends and community members are encouraged to visit our Social Media Wall and share congratulatory messages to the Class of 2020, using the #杏吧原创Grads2020 hashtag.
Media are invited to attend the celebrations. The ceremonies will be broadcast online via livestreaming at carleton.ca/convocation/live.
