All IT services are operational and fully restored. ITS considers the outage that occurred on Sept. 26 completely resolved.

Please note that all of the important IT services, including FAST and cuPortfolio, have now been restored following an issue with ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´â€™s Storage Area Network (SAN).

ITS will follow up on all other services which are less in demand and restore them as well.

Sept. 26, 2019 – 4:10 p.m.

To All Members of the ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ Community,

ITS has restored ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´â€™s Storage Area Network (SAN) to an operational state and is in the process of bringing infrastructure services back online. ITS is starting with voice, email and other tier one services, including cuLearn and ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ Central, and will continue working through the evening until all services are fully restored.

We will provide an update as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience.

ITS continues to work on resolving issues connected to the Storage Area Network (SAN). Degraded performance and intermittent outages are still being experienced.

ITS is currently conducting emergency maintenance on IT services. Degraded performance and intermittent outages will be experienced for multiple services during this time.

At this point, there is no estimated time for restoration of all services. An update will be circulated as the work progresses.
