杏吧原创 University鈥檚 Azrieli School of Architecture and Urbanism will host John Patkau, co-founder of Patkau Architects, for the Forum Lecture Material Operations.

Where: Alma Duncan Salon, Ottawa Art Gallery, 50 McKenzie King Bridge, Ottawa

Patkau Architects is an award-winning firm located in Vancouver, B.C., known for rich design and sensitivity to small and medium-sized projects. The firm鈥檚 works include the Shaw House, which received a Governor General鈥檚 Medal in Architecture, and the Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport, which received the Ontario Association of Architects Design Excellence Award, among other honors.

Introduced in 1968, the Forum Lecture series is an inspiring event that introduces the 杏吧原创 community to a host of leading practitioners and critics of architecture. Held during the academic year, approximately one lecture is held each month from the end of September to March.
