CUAG Announces the Reesa Greenberg Digital Initiatives Fund

The 杏吧原创 University Art Gallery (CUAG) announces the creation of the Reesa Greenberg Digital Initiatives Fund. CUAG is grateful to Greenberg, a distinguished scholar and philanthropist, who has made a 10-year commitment to the gallery.
CUAG is a vital cultural hub on the 杏吧原创 campus, actively connecting art, ideas and communities. Greenberg’s gift enables CUAG to enrich and diversify its digital activity, expanding virtual communities of support and understanding for the work of artists.
Three recent CUAG projects are supported by the Greenberg Fund. In two new videos, the artists Linda Sormin and Sun K. Kwak install and talk about their current exhibitions, Fierce Passengers and Untying Space_CUAG.
CUAG also created its first exclusively digital publication, a free PDF produced to accompany its exhibition Always Vessels, curated by Alexandra Kahsenni:io Nahwegahbow and presented in fall 2017 at CUAG and then at Rodman Hall Art Centre in St. Catharines, Ont.
These projects explore ideas shaping contemporary society in all its complexity and multiplicity, ideas made visible by the artists who lead CUAG’s programming.
