The philanthropic and nonprofit sector is experiencing a major transition of leadership at the Executive Director and CEO level and, at the same time, serious difficulty filling front-line positions, while seeking to become more diverse and inclusive. This webinar provides a closer examination, with:
, Associate Professor of Economics, Lazaridis School of Business and Economics, Wilfrid Laurier University. His research and areas of expertise include the economics of education, labour economics, and applied econometrics. His research focuses mainly on explaining the factors that determine student academic outcomes. He’s also working on research that measures the effect of neighbourhood demographics on charitable donations, and the effect of taxes on smoking behaviour.
