Alumnus Saäd Rafi Named Head of Toronto’s COVID-19 Recovery
Saäd Rafi has been appointed to lead the Office of Recovery and Rebuild in preparation for the post-COVID-19 recovery period. Rafi earned both a Bachelor of Law degree and a Master of Arts, Public Administration degree from ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ University. He was named one of the Faculty of Public Affairs’ 75 for the 75th alumni in 2017.
