Prof Sheryl Hamilton and the CILCH receive SSHRC Connection Grant

is one of several ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ University faculty members taking part in a Canadian Initiative in Law, Culture and Humanities (CILCH) book project. Sensing the Law will be edited by Department of Law and Legal Studies professors , , , , and . The book will include the work of 14 authors from around the world (Canada, United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and South Africa) from a variety of disciplines (Law, Legal Studies, English, Anthropology, Sociology, Criminology, and more). Hamilton’s successful SSHRC Connection Grant application for the CILCH, a Faculty of Public Affairs Research Centre, will support a workshop for the authors participating in the project at the Wakefield Inn this May. The authors and editors will gather to provide feedback on each other’s draft chapters.
