- Junk Email

To mark an email message as “Not Junk”Ìý
Sign into Outlook.Office.com with your ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Email account
- Open yourÌýJunk EmailÌýfolder and select the messages you want to keep.
- From the top toolbar, selectÌýReportÌý Ìý
Ìý>ÌýNot junk .
If you’ve blocked someone by mistake
- Sign into Outlook.Office.com with your ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Email account
- Select Settings icon top right
Ìý > select the Mail menu > Junk email > under the Senders heading > Blocked senders and domains > select the Ìýnext to their name
- Request/Access a Shared Mailbox
