To set up your Outlook for Mac:

  1. Open Outook.
  2. On theÌý°Õ´Ç´Ç±ô²õÌýmenu, clickÌýAccounts.
  3. In the lower-left corner of theÌýAccounts dialog box, clickÌýAdd,Ìýand then clickÌýExchange.
  4. On the pop-up window, enter theÌýthe following:
    • Students: JaySmith@cmail.carleton.ca
    • Staff/faculty: JaySmith@cunet.carleton.ca
    • Method:ÌýUsername and Password
    • Username: MyÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´OneÌýuser name
    • Password: MyÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´One password
    • CheckÌýConfigure automatically and clickÌýAdd Account.
  5. A pop-up window will appear asking to allow Outlook to redirect to the ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ server, checkÌýAlways use my response for this server, and clickÌýAllow.
  6. You can now close theÌýAccounts dialog box and start using Outlook.
