Those who have configured phone calls as their default Microsoft MFA method may not be having the best user experience, as they must receive a phone call to authenticate. These phone calls may arrive at inconvenient times. Those with phone calls as their default authentication method may wish to change their default authentication method to the Microsoft Authenticator app.听
To do this:听
- Login to your Microsoft profile鈥痑t using your My杏吧原创One account credentials.
- Click on Change鈥痑t the end of the line that starts with鈥�Sign-in method when most advisable is unavailable.
- Select the App based authentication 鈥� notification.听
