The Inuk cinematographer and filmmaker Qajaaq Ellsworth has directed photography on high-profile films like听Angry Inuk听补苍诲听Aviliaq: Entwined, both directed by Alethea Arnaquq-Baril. His director credits include听Nippaq, a short film about seal hunting made for the听Stories from Our Land series. Active in community development, Ellsworth was appointed Senior Associate with Tides Canada in 2018. The foundation promotes economic prosperity, sound environmental practices and social equity, and Ellsworth is responsible for programming throughout Canada鈥檚 four Inuit regions.
