This year’s lecture is organizedby ICSLAC’s Ruth andMarkPhillips Professorship in Cultural Mediations, held by Dr. Birgit Hopfener, in collaboration with the School for Studies in Art andCulture (SSAC). This event is also held in celebration of Dr. Ruth Phillips, on the occasion of her retirement. Dr. Phillips is a professor emerita appointed to both ISCLAC and SSAC, whose work inspired countless students, curators and colleagues.
