Research interests
Dr. Janet Jull develops and evaluates shared decision-making tools and approaches to support person-centred care with a particular focus on health care systems. Dr. Jull works with many different groups, including in partnerships with urban Indigenous, Inuit, First Nations, and Métis communities.
Dr. Jull’s areas of research focus extend to the design and conduct of research, and knowledge translation that include an approach to collaborative research called integrated knowledge translation. She investigates how research is conducted in partnerships; specifically, when researchers partner in the production of research with those who will use or be affected when research findings are implemented.
