Research Interests: Thea鈥檚 honours thesis examined eating-disorder behaviours among student-athletes at the collegiate level and how prevalence rates varied by gender, type of sport, level of competition and by different types of social support.
Thea鈥檚 master鈥檚 thesis will investigate the perception of probation in Ontario according to probationers. Thea aims to identify the elements of probation that set probationers up for success, as well as areas that need reform/improvement.
Future Goals: Thea鈥檚 long-term goal is to work a career in clinical psychology, with aims to specifically improve the lives and psychological wellness of women and gender-diverse people.
