16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence (GBV)
As a content warning, please note that this webpage includes information about gender-based violence and sexual violence. We understand that this can trigger strong reactions and we encourage the community to connect with ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ University’s  Sexual Assault Support Centre  and/or Health and Counselling Services  for support. Additional community supports can also be found here and at the bottom of this webpage.

Today, November 25th, is the and marks the start of the annual 16 days of activism against gender-based violence. At FIST we are always thinking about the ways in which violence impacts the lives of our communities and beyond. Today, like every other day we will continue to teach our students about gender-based violence in Canada and beyond and the intersectional realities that put the most marginalized communities at risk.
