The FAST Purchasing Card application is linked to your University Procurement Card (Pcard), and allows you to reconcile your Pcard transactions on a monthly basis or access your statement history.
Access
Access to the FAST Purchasing Card application is controlled by Procurement Services and is limited to 杏吧原创 University Procurement Card Holders or individuals who may manage accounts for a Pcard holder. The ability to reconcile transactions to a particular FOAPAL is based on , and is automatically granted if you have signing or query ability on a fund or orgn in the University chart of accounts.
