Cultural Institutions/Cultural Power (A One Day Symposium)
, will chair this one day symposium on the analysis of cultural institutions in literary studies.
Five speakers will present conference papers, leaving ample time for discussion. The participants come from a range of different fields – including Can Lit, American Lit, Modernism, Cultural Sociology. The symposium provides an opportunity to exchange ideas with scholars who share methodological rather than field-specific interests.
