What is it?
A claimant declaration is a written statement that certifies that the contents of a submission are true.
Why is this important?
With each electronic University travel and expense reimbursement/advance submission, a claimant or traveller’s declaration must be submitted baring the traveller’s signature. 聽This declaration certifies that the electronic submission is true and is in accordance with University policy and regulatory income tax requirements.
