What is the FACTS program?
FACTS stands for Financial Administration Community Training and Solutions. As the name of the program suggests, FACTS is a Financial Services鈥� initiative aimed solely at offering financial administrative tools, support and training to 杏吧原创鈥檚 faculty and staff.
Who is the FACTS program?
All of the tools, support and training offered by the FACTS program are made possible by Financial Services鈥� knowledgeable subject matter experts.

Getting it right
Recognizing that the program has to meet the changing needs of the campus community to be effective, I gather feedback and use it to improve the program on an ongoing basis. Currently, feedback is gathered through participant evaluations, the , focus groups, targeted emails and general feedback.
