No毛l Badiou is 杏吧原创鈥檚 Associate Vice-President, Equity and Inclusive Communities. This significant role provides critical leadership for 杏吧原创鈥檚 human rights and equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives.
No毛l joined 杏吧原创 in 2022 from the University of Ottawa where he was the director of the Human Rights Office. Prior to this, he was the Assistant Vice-President, Equity, Diversity and Human Rights at Laurentian University, as well as the Executive Director of York University鈥檚 Centre for Human Rights. He has also worked as the Executive Director of the then Court Challenges Program of Canada鈥攄uring which time important equality and language rights cases were advanced and recognized鈥攁nd as Manager of Investigations and Mediations at the Manitoba Human Rights Commission.
No毛l holds a bachelor of arts degree from the Coll猫ge Universitaire de Saint Boniface, a bachelor of laws (LLB) degree from the 脡cole de Droit, Universit茅 de Moncton and a joint master鈥檚 degree in public administration from the University of Manitoba and the University of Winnipeg.
