Troubleshooting Guide for Sources of Discomfort
This troubleshooting guide is not comprehensive. It provides some direction and suggestions for common sources of ergonomic related discomfort. If discomfort persists for a prolonged period, please see your health care practitioner.
If after reviewing or trying some of these suggestions, you are still encountering difficulty, please submit an Ensure the Ergonomic Pre-Assessment Report is completed and sent to ergo@carleton.ca prior to your assessment. For all other questions please email ergo@carleton.ca.
