Student Requests for Interview and Info Guidelines
ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ University’s Department of Communications (DUC) is available, time-permitting, to assist students who require information or interviews for assignments. Prior to requesting information or interviews, students are asked to:
- Check the ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ website for information that may already be available online.
- Clearly identify the nature of their request, their deadline, what information they are looking for, and share a list of questions in their initial outreach.
- Contact the Media Relations Officer (contact details below) directly for any information or interview requests.
Please note: Interviews will be facilitated only when time permits.
It is unlikely that last-minute requests can be accommodated. Depending on the nature of the request, it can take 24 hours or more for DUC to provide a response. Media requests will be responded to Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Requests received over the weekend, holidays or university closures will be responded to the next business day, or as time permits.
For project or assignment-related questions regarding faculty research, students should reach out to faculty members directly. Faculty emails can usually be found on their profile pages.
