For supervisors who are scheduling a thesis defense for their thesis/research student. This form will be submitted to the Graduate Administrator to proceed with the logistics of the defense.

Master’s Thesis Committee:

Thesis supervisor (or co-supervisors)
Institute Examiner: One member from the University of Ottawa
One additional member from the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering
