Dr. Ata Khan, Professor Emeritus in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, 杏吧原创 University and Dr. Susan Shaheen, professor in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley are Co-editors of a new book titled , published by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) based in the UK.
