Erica graduated from 杏吧原创 University where she received her MA in Public History, and a PhD in History from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.聽She has been involved in array of historical projects and research initiatives, including the , the Y Archive Project at the Jewish Public Library in Montreal, the , and . She is currently the Planning, Programming and Research Officer (APPR) at CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l’脦le-de-Montr茅al. |

Erica鈥檚 MA research examined tourist reception and representation of the former concentration camp of Sachsenhausen through the videos visitors create and upload on the popular social media site of YouTube. By using the methodology of 鈥渄ark tourism, 鈥� the work of social media scholars, and the writings of Walter Benjamin. This research explored new ways in which tourists remember and discuss Holocaust memory in the 21st century. |
