- Genomics, Proteomics (Bioinformatics) and Transcriptomics (RNA sequencing) approaches to investigate economically important pathways including time of flowering and maturity, and seed protein content in soybean.
- Allele-specific marker developments in soybean.
- Computational approach to investigate protein-protein interactions in soybean.
- Host-pathogen interaction analysis (Soybean-SCN).
