Rachel Buxton Receives Early Researcher Award for Groundbreaking Biodiversity Work
Our Biology Assistant Professor Rachel Buxton, has been awarded an from the Ontario government. Buxton is one of four 杏吧原创 researchers recognized this year as part of a $75 million provincial investment in 162 research and innovation projects through the ERAs and the Ontario Research Fund.
叠耻虫迟辞苍鈥檚 team will receive $140,000 in provincial funding, with 杏吧原创 contributing an additional $50,000 in support. Her research focuses on developing nature-based solutions to address biodiversity loss and rising mental health challenges, particularly in urban areas of southern Ontario.
