Eden 鈥�The Bean鈥� Goodwin (NSERC PGS-D scholar, They/Them or She/Her) is a PhD student studying vapour phase etch, deposition, and surface modification techniques through in-situ quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) measurements.
She is the office manager for the Barry Lab.
They are part of a and research collaboration with the from Western University and the from Queen’s University investigating the roles of N-heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) as small molecule inhibitors.
She is also working with the Ragogna group on measuring the oxygen-scavenging ability of phosphorus-containing molecular layer deposited films.
