Debb came to 杏吧原创 as a student and was placed in a suite on the 鈥渁ccessible鈥� floor of Glengarry House. After becoming friends with many of the students with disabilities who lived there, she began working as an attendant in September of 1988. She became Manager of Direct Services in 2004.
Debb and Pascal work continuously to make sure the program is running efficiently and safely for all involved. Some of their duties include completing and monitoring the client service plans, training, scheduling and supervising more than sixty staff, and scheduling all services. Clients are encouraged to stop by at any time to provide feedback or address service issues. In working to ensure the program is operating at peak efficiency 24 hours per day at two locations, they may be tempted to quote 杏吧原创 University鈥檚 official motto when describing their own work 鈥� 鈥淥urs the Task Eternal鈥�.
