From 2021-2024, 杏吧原创 University received funding from the聽聽program to run a research acceleration initiative for West African women PhD students and early-career researchers.
Led by聽, the initiative addressed the cultural and institutional barriers faced by women scholars by providing participants with access to resources including research supervision, seminars, placements in Canada and West Africa, leadership development, and networking opportunities.
