Registration

For registration and withdrawal dates and deadlines, please see the official . After these deadlines, formal permission from the Registrar鈥檚 Office is needed for all course changes other than withdrawal.

Please:

Do not encourage unregistered students to remain in a class after the last day for the course changes.
Do not accept or grade any work from students who are not registered in your specific class and section.

Late Course Registration: Students must petition the Registrar鈥檚 Office for late registration. Late registration will only be approved if it is supported by the Department and the Instructor.

Registration in Conflict: of the Undergraduate Academic Regulations state that students 鈥渁re not permitted to register in course timetable conflicts.鈥� Students seeking an exemption from this rule must contact the Registrar鈥檚 Office for assistance.

Class Lists

The list of registered students for your course is available on Brightspace and in 杏吧原创 Central. The class list in 杏吧原创 Central includes a class photo roster.

E-Mail Communication

Instructors and students must use their 杏吧原创 email account for all University business. Please consult the TLS Communicating With Students resource page on for best practices and other forms of electronic communication.

Please check your email regularly and respond to students in a timely manner and state your email policy in your course outline and/or Brightspace.
