If you require more intricate editing capabilities, a free software is recommended.<\/p>\n<h3>Free Video Editor<\/h3>\n<p>Windows users can utilize Windows\u2019 built-in video editor, <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/windows\/create-films-with-a-video-editor-94e651f8-a5be-ae03-3c50-e49f013d47f6\">Clipchamp<\/a>. Mac users can utilize <a href=\"https:\/\/support.apple.com\/downloads\/quicktime\">QuickTime<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apple.com\/ca\/imovie\/\">iMovie<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>The Media Commons<\/h3>\n<p>If you require more in-depth video and audio editing solutions, you can book an editing suite in <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/tls\/media-production\/the-media-commons\/\">The Media Commons<\/a>. The Media Commons offers accessible and ergonomically friendly multimedia creation suites, top-of-the-line 24\u201d M1 iMacs, Blue Yeti microphones, software for video editing, screen recording, audio recording and editing (Final Cut Pro X, iMovie, Garageband, Audacity, and Camtasia) and orientations available from media technicians during office hours.<\/p>\n<h2>Uploading Zoom Recordings<\/h2>\n<p>Upload your <em>Zoom<\/em> recordings to <a href=\"https:\/\/mediaspace.carleton.ca\/\">MediaSpace<\/a> to easily and securely share recorded lectures or presentations with your students. To Upload your Zoom recording you will need to <a href=\"#locating\">Locate your Zoom recording<\/a>, and then <a href=\"#uploading\">Upload your Zoom recording to my Media<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><a id=\"locating\"><\/a><a id=\"sect17.1\" name=\"sect17.1\"><\/a><a id=\"locate1\"><\/a>Locating your Zoom recording<\/h3>\n<p>Once you have ended your recorded Zoom session, your recording file will automatically be stored on your computer as an <em>.mp4<\/em> file.
