The enterprise license allows the university to standardize Zoom settings and features for all users for a consistent user experience. The university has implemented Single Sign On (SSO) to allow for enhanced privacy and security for all licensed Zoom users at 杏吧原创. SSO means that 杏吧原创 users can securely sign into Zoom using your <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/its\/all-services\/accounts-and-passwords\/https:\/\/carleton.ca\/its\/all-services\/accounts-and-passwords\/\">My杏吧原创1 credentials<\/a>.\u00a0My杏吧原创1 credentials are the networking accounts managed by <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/its\/\">Information Technology Service (ITS)<\/a> and are the same credentials you use to login to Outlook and 杏吧原创 Central. Enabling single sign on also means that Zoom is now fully integrated in Brightspace learning management system and other systems on campus, such as Kaltura Mediaspace.<\/p>\n<h2>Benefits of an Enterprise License and Single Sign On<\/h2>\n<p>There are many benefits to having a Single Sign On (SSO) enterprise system, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Single-login access to all of 杏吧原创&#8217;s supported web applications, including Kaltura Mediaspace and Brightspace<\/li>\n<li>Secure account authentication for all 杏吧原创 students, faculty, and staff for enhanced privacy and security for Zoom<\/li>\n<li>Seamless access to Zoom meetings through Brightspace, the Zoom web portal, and the Zoom desktop app<\/li>\n<li>Automatic uploading of Zoom recordings to Kaltura Mediaspace when recording to the cloud<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Types of Zoom Accounts<\/h2>\n<p>Under the 杏吧原创 Zoom license, every user that signs into Zoom using the <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton-ca.zoom.us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"1\">SSO<\/a> with their <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/mycarletonone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"2\">MC1 credentials<\/a> will be given access to a full Zoom account, which can support up to 300 concurrent participants with no time limit. Your MC1 credentials are the login and password you use to access the 杏吧原创 network, Brightspace, and other 杏吧原创 web applications. For assistance with your MC1 credentials, please contact the <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/its\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"3\">ITS Service Desk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Sign in to Zoom with SSO<\/h2>\n<p>Signing in to the 杏吧原创 network with single sign on (SSO) allows you to verify your\u00a0 MC1 credentials before accessing any of 杏吧原创&#8217;s supported web applications, including Zoom and Brightspace. We recommend signing in with Zoom SSO at all times to ensure account security.<\/p>\n<p>You can sign in to Zoom with SSO through the <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton-ca.zoom.us\/\">杏吧原创 SSO Login Portal<\/a>, the Zoom desktop app, <a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/signin\">zoom.us\/signin<\/a>, or through your Brightspace course. For instructions, see the <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/zoom\/signing-in-to-zoom-at-carleton-with-single-sign-on-sso\/\">Signing in to Zoom at 杏吧原创 with SSO<\/a> page.
