If you need support from Web Services, we always encourage you to contact us through the <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/its\/contact\/\">ITS Service Desk<\/a>. This is the best way to make sure that your request is seen, attended to in a timely way and not lost in the email shuffle!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The folks at the Service Desk have really streamlined the process with the introduction of their <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/its\/customerportal\/\">Customer Portal. <\/a>The self-service portal also includes the ability to chat online with an agent. Besides phone and email, you can now submit your own help desk ticket using the new portal.
