The updated calendar is built on the same core functionality provided by cutheme and is fully aligned with our latest web brand guidelines through the Raven Design System (RDS). This means a more consistent look and feel across university websites, along with improved tools for managing events.

Transition Timeline

• Morning of October 1: The current event calendar will be unavailable during a planned outage while we complete the upgrade.
• Later on October 1: The new calendar will officially launch and be available for use.

What’s Changing

• Event migration: Past events from the previous three years will be moved into the new system so nothing is lost.
• Registration model: The old registration system is being retired. Historical registration data has been securely archived and will remain visible for past events.
• Flexible forms: Event owners will now be able to create their own forms instead of being limited to a single option.
