If you experienced issues using your U-Pass on OC Transpo between Sunday, September 1 and Friday, September 20, 2024, and were required to pay a fare, you can .

The deadline to apply for refunds is Tuesday, December 31, 2024.

Please note cash fares paid on buses are not eligible for a refund.

The issue with OC Transpo’s fare readers has now been resolved.

OC Transpo apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks students for their patience.

If you are still experiencing issues with your U-Pass, visit the Campus Card Office.

Important Update for U-Pass Eligible Students Using Para Transpo Services

If you are a U-Pass eligible student and use Para Transpo services, you must contact OC Transpo to link your Campus Card to your Para Transpo account.

Please call 613-560-5000 to complete your Para Transpo setup, you will require the following three items: 

  • Proof of Enrollment
  • Your Para Transpo ID number 
  • Your Student Number (U-Pass Number)

OC Transpo’s Customer Service team is aware of this process and ready to assist you in setting up your Para Transpo service. We encourage all students who use Para Transpo to contact OC Transpo to validate their access to this service.
