FUSION helps you develop skills to work collaboratively, communicate effectively and tackle challenges so you can successfully navigate life, learning and work.<\/p>\n<p>Whether you&#8217;re dealing with a tough group project, feeling overwhelmed, navigating a big life change or dreading public speaking \u2014 <strong>there\u2019s a FUSION module to help you<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>How Does FUSION Work?<\/h2>\n<p>The FUSION program offers short, online learning modules designed to fit into your busy schedule. Each one takes about <strong>four hours<\/strong>, is <strong>completely self-paced<\/strong>, and helps you build practical skills you can use right away. You\u2019ll learn through:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Self-assessments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Videos<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Real-world examples<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Reflection activities<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Each module is broken into three phases<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Explore (two hours):<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Complete a self-assessment and learn the foundations of a specific skill<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Apply (one hour):<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Complete activities to practice using your skills in a context that is meaningful to you<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Reflect (one hour):<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Analyze your experience, identify key takeaways and set future goals<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You\u2019re in control. Complete just one module or dive into several \u2014 it\u2019s totally up to you.
