Before applying for I-CUREUS, please note:<\/p>\n

  1. For the summer 2026 call, Teaching and Learning Services will fully fund successful applications from FASS, FPGA and Sprott if the faculty member does not<\/strong> have research funding. Funding for successful applications from FED and the Faculty of Science will be split between Teaching and Learning Services and the faculty supervisor.<\/li>\n
  2. This opportunity is not available to contract instructors.<\/li>\n
  3. There is a two-student per faculty member limit and one student per project.<\/li>\n
  4. Only one application per student per academic year (May-April) shall be accepted.<\/li>\n
  5. Projects can run for the duration of the term but must not exceed 150 hours.<\/li>\n
  6. Summer term projects must conclude before August 31.\u00a0Fall term projects must conclude before the end of the fall term in December of that year, while fall-winter and winter term projects must conclude before the end of the winter term in April.<\/li>\n
  7. Students participating in I-CUREUS are required to complete a FUSION module<\/a> alongside their project\u00a0to\u00a0further contribute to their academic and professional development. More information about the modules will be forwarded to you upon your acceptance into the program.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Internships are not considered complete until the student has completed a capstone poster to showcase their work. Details of this project will be shared with successful applicants.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
