杏吧原创\u2019s Future Learning Lab on the fourth Floor of the MacOdrum Library brings educators and students together to share, research and collaborate on innovative teaching and learning activities. <\/span>The creation of the lab and the Experiential Learning Hub is largely thanks to the investment from the province\u2019s Training Equipment and Renewal Fund, which provided $2 million in funding over two rounds, matched by the university.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Future Learning Lab is both a physical space and a set of programs designed to foster innovation and incentivize student-centred ways of teaching. In addition to fostering student and instructor partnerships, the lab encourages undergraduate research opportunities and offers innovation grants. The lab provides student-centred physical and virtual spaces for instructors to innovate with pedagogical design, as well as enhanced individual, group and collaborative study spaces for students.<\/span><\/p>\n
