IMS has officially launched a new online help centre to provide you with the information and resources you need to teach in the classrooms around campus.

The help centre puts the answers to your classroom technology questions at your fingertips in a self-paced format. It features:

• A classroom orientation tool with step-by-step instructions and video demonstrations on how to use the classroom technology
• A quick tech guide for fast access to information
• An FAQ
• ´¡Ìý²µ±ô´Ç²õ²õ²¹°ù²â

The help centre is just one of many ways IMS is supporting instructors in their use of classroom technology. You can also request one-on-one orientations to help you get familiarized with the classroom technology or call IMS directly for immediate classroom assistance.
