Title: <\/strong>Quantum How: What Business Leaders Need to Understand and Do Now – Wednesday April 22nd (REGISTER BELOW) <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Louise Davey is an Executive Leader and Transformation Architect whose work sits at the intersection of technology, organizational risk, governance, and systems dynamics. Through her practice of \u201corganizational physics,\u201d she studies organizations under stress.  Former financial advisory and IT consulting Partner, CTO, and COO, she brings over 30 years of transformation experience inside large, complex institutions, where the real challenge is not knowing what to do, but getting systems to move. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Founder and President of LDIQ, she advises boards, regulators, and executive teams on quantum readiness and the transition to post-quantum cryptography. She is the author of Quantum How: A Guide for Boards and Executives to Lead into the Quantum Era<\/em> and a frequent conference speaker. Louise holds an MSc in Physics from McGill University and is based in Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quantum computing is often portrayed as a distant scientific breakthrough. In reality, it represents a profound shift with implications that span both risk and opportunity across industries. This talk will introduce Quantum How<\/em>, a business-first framework to help leaders understand and act on quantum\u2019s emerging impact. It explores how quantum technologies could unlock new capabilities, from optimization and simulation to the redesign of complex systems, while also exposing critical vulnerabilities in today\u2019s digital infrastructure, including the foundations of data protection and trust. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rather than approaching quantum as a technical topic, the session reframes it as a strategic and governance challenge. It highlights the asymmetry between the time required to prepare and the speed at which risks and opportunities are evolving, and why waiting for full technological maturity is not a viable strategy. Participants will leave with a clear, actionable perspective on how to position their organizations, not only to mitigate emerging risks, but to identify where quantum could reshape competitive advantage, and what leadership must do now to be ready. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
