The Helping Ravens Soar: Students and Enrolment Strategic Plan 2021-2026 represents the aspirations, values and goals of the Students and Enrolment division over five years. Helping Ravens Soar has been designed as a companion to the ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ University Strategic Integrated Plan (SIP)<\/a>, situating our division\u2019s work within the larger framework of ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´\u2019s aspirations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the directions, themes and goals of our Strategic Plan will remain consistent over the life of the strategy, our objectives may evolve over time. In this way, our long-term strategic goals and directions remain fixed, but the ways in which we operationalize those goals can continue to develop. This approach allows our division to be nimble, adapting to changing circumstances, demographics or innovations as they arise. The operational elements of this plan are published and maintained annually on this website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2024, the Students and Enrolment division surpassed the mid-point of implementing our Strategic Plan, Helping Ravens Soar. As we continue to strive toward our goals and aspirations, it is important to reflect on and celebrate our many accomplishments. \n The division has a three-year IT plan, guided by the university’s digital strategy, that focuses on enhancing the student experience and improving efficiency through targeted digital initiatives and better coordination.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n \n
