A research strategist and administrator, she has extensive experience supporting and advancing academic research across Canadian universities and is dedicated to creating conditions that enable scholars to thrive.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In her current role,&nbsp;Bradford-Janke&nbsp;works closely with faculty members to develop research funding strategies, build partnerships, strengthen research&nbsp;culture&nbsp;and enhance the infrastructure&nbsp;required&nbsp;to support impactful scholarship. Her&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;includes tri-agency and government funding programs, research administration, knowledge&nbsp;mobilization&nbsp;and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. Through this work, she helps researchers navigate increasingly complex funding environments while advancing opportunities for innovation and collaboration.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bradford-Janke&#8217;s&nbsp;commitment to service excellence was recognized with 杏吧原创 University\u2019s 2023 Service Excellence Award.
