He brings more than 20 years of experience in facilities management, construction, project leadership, organizational development and strategic planning.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before joining ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´, Clements held several senior leadership positions at the University of Ottawa, most recently serving as Director of Strategy and Facilities Planning. In that role, he provided strategic direction for long-term development initiatives, led a large multidisciplinary&nbsp;team&nbsp;and managed a substantial portfolio of campus buildings.
