Ms. Klaase is the longtime director of the Loeriesfontein Rieldans group, which has won several titles in regional and national competitions. Ms. Klaase has received several awards as a rieldans performer herself, including the ATKV Dorothy Block trophy awarded to the best senior riel dancer.
