I have spent the majority of my career working in a variety of healthcare settings such as emergency rooms, infectious disease units, and substance use with concurrent disorders. Since 2018, I have focused on psychotherapy for adolescents and recently progress into leadership roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>My Research:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My research investigates the dynamics of helping and harm in psychiatry, with a specialized focus on adolescents experiencing complex trauma. I am particularly interested in complex and intergenerational trauma, utilizing grounded theory and mixed methods to explore their impacts and enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
